Fridge Game Plan is operated by Fn8 LLC ("Fn8 LLC," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company based in the United States. By using Fridge Game Plan, you ("you" or "user") are entering into an agreement with Fn8 LLC and agree to the terms below. Please read them before using the service.

Intellectual property

The Fridge Game Plan service — including the software, source code, designs, user interface, branding, logos, copy, recipes, prompts, and all other materials we provide — is owned by Fn8 LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service, except as expressly permitted by law. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as ingredient lists or receipts) and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the service.

What this tool is

Fridge Game Plan provides general meal planning and budgeting guidance. It is not professional advice. No account is required to use it.

How plans are generated (AI processing)

Plans are generated by sending your inputs (ingredients, household size, budget, dietary preference) to a third-party AI provider via the Lovable AI Gateway, which routes to large language model providers such as Google Gemini and/or OpenAI. Output is generated by an AI model and may contain mistakes, inaccurate cost estimates, or unsuitable suggestions. Always verify before shopping or cooking. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is sent and stored.

Data storage and retention

We store your generated plans and anonymous usage events tied to a per-browser session ID, and your email if you submit one through the "Send my plan" form. Plans and events are retained indefinitely in anonymous form for product improvement. Email addresses are retained until you ask us to remove them. Your responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, purchases, and meals.
  • Meals and food suggestions are for informational purposes only.
  • You should verify ingredients, prices, allergies, and dietary needs.
  • You will not use the service to abuse, overload, or attempt to extract data from it.

Acceptable use

To keep the service available and affordable for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service or generate plans, deal submissions, or receipt uploads.
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account or Pro subscription with anyone else.
  • Submit fake, spam, misleading, or low-quality deals, receipts, or other content.
  • Abuse unlimited or high-limit features (including deal submissions and receipt uploads on Pro) in a way that imposes unreasonable load on the service or is clearly outside normal personal use.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, plan caps, or other technical restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate your access — including paid Pro accounts — without refund if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated these acceptable use rules.

Pro subscriptions and billing

Fridge Game Plan offers a paid "Pro" subscription with higher usage limits (currently 100 generated plans per month, plus unlimited deal submissions and receipt uploads, subject to the acceptable use rules above). Pro is billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment, sales tax, and VAT.

  • Auto-renewal: Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues through the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by emailing support@fridgegameplan.com or contacting Paddle at paddle.net. Renewal charges after the first 30 days are handled case-by-case in line with Paddle's refund policy.
  • Plan cap: The 100 plans/month cap resets at the start of each monthly billing cycle. Unused plans do not roll over.
  • Price changes: We may change Pro pricing or limits for future billing periods. We will give reasonable notice (typically by email) before any change affects your subscription.
  • Termination for abuse: As noted above, accounts that violate the acceptable use rules may be terminated without refund.

No guarantees

We make no guarantees about cost savings, results, nutrition, or any other outcome from using the service. Cost estimates are illustrative and vary by location, store, and season.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fridge Game Plan is not liable for any damages, health issues, or financial outcomes that result from using this tool. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to the service

The service may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Washington.
